We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. If HumanPost Pro isn't right for you, simply contact us and we'll process your refund.
To request a refund, contact us at @DanielOstX on X or send a DM with your account details. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
After the 14-day refund window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
